How to make Chocolate Chip Cookie

– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour – 1 tsp baking soda – 1 tsp salt – 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature – 3/4 cup white granulated sugar – 3/4 cup brown sugar – 2 large eggs – 2 tsp vanilla extract – 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

3. In a separate large bowl, beat the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy.

4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture, and beat until well combined.

5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until everything is well combined and Stir in the chocolate chips.

6. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.

8. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
