Here is the quick recipe for Healthy Avocado Toast

– Bread (sourdough, whole grain, or any other preferred bread) – 1 ripe avocado – Salt and pepper to taste – Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, feta cheese, poached egg, red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning, or any other toppings of your choice.


1. Toast bread until golden brown.

2. Cut avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
